Terms & Conditions.

Effective Date · April 18, 2026
By purchasing a membership, booking a bay, entering the facility, or using any services, equipment, or amenities at Pin High Golf Studio ("Pin High," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the facility or services.

01Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you agree to these Terms and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific services, memberships, or promotions.

Pin High may update these Terms from time to time. Any updated version becomes effective when posted, published, or otherwise communicated. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

02Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old to independently book, purchase, or enter into any agreement with Pin High.

Anyone under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times while on the premises. The accompanying adult is responsible for the minor's conduct, safety, and compliance with all Pin High rules and policies.

03Facility Use and Code of Conduct

Pin High is a private indoor golf simulator facility. Use of the facility is a privilege, not a right. All customers, members, guests, and visitors must behave responsibly, respectfully, and safely.

Customers agree to follow all posted rules, staff instructions, and safety procedures; use the facility and equipment only as intended; treat all equipment, furnishings, bays, access systems, and amenities with care; leave the facility in clean condition after use; wear proper clothing, including a shirt, bottoms, and appropriate footwear, at all times; and avoid disruptive, abusive, unsafe, or illegal behavior.

Clothing that is unsafe, excessively revealing, or offensive may result in refusal of entry or removal from the facility.

Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of a session, denial of entry, suspension of access, or termination of membership without refund. Pin High also reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason and to cut off or refuse alcohol service when appropriate.

04Reservations and Bookings

Reservations are recommended to ensure availability. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability. Members may enjoy 24/7 access only as provided under their specific membership agreement and subject to all facility rules.

The minimum session length is 1 hour.

Customers are responsible for reviewing booking details before confirming a reservation. Session time begins and ends exactly as scheduled. If a customer arrives late, the reservation still ends at the scheduled end time. No exceptions will be made, and late arrival does not entitle the customer to extra time, refund, partial refund, or credit.

All bookings are subject to availability, facility rules, and operational needs. Pin High may reschedule, shorten, or cancel sessions due to safety concerns, maintenance, equipment issues, outages, emergencies, or other operational reasons.

05Memberships

Pin High currently offers Par, Birdie, and Trainer Memberships.

Memberships are billed monthly and automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with Pin High's procedures.

Membership benefits, pricing, included usage, and access privileges are as stated at the time of sign-up or in the then-current membership offering.

Unless otherwise stated in writing by Pin High, membership benefits are personal, nontransferable, and may not be shared, resold, or assigned.

Active reservation limits are as follows: Par Membership — 1 active reservation; Birdie Membership — 1 active reservation; Trainer Membership — 2 active reservations. An "active reservation" means any future booking currently held in the member's account that has not yet been completed, canceled, or forfeited.

If a member wishes to cancel or pause a membership, the member must contact the Pin High team directly through Pin High's internal support process. To be effective for the upcoming billing cycle, cancellation or pause requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing date. A membership will not be considered canceled or paused unless and until confirmed by Pin High.

0624/7 Access and Access Credentials

Twenty-four-hour access is a membership benefit only. Public or non-member access is subject to Pin High's operating hours and availability.

Members with 24/7 access must keep the facility clean and secure, comply with all facility rules and safety requirements, ensure guests follow all rules, and not share door codes, access credentials, entry privileges, booking privileges, or membership access with any other person.

No sharing of membership access, booking privileges, door codes, or 24/7 access is allowed. Any violation may result in immediate termination of membership and access privileges, with or without refund, at Pin High's discretion.

07Guests

Members may bring up to 4 guests, subject to availability, safety rules, and any additional membership limitations communicated by Pin High.

The member or booking customer is fully responsible for the conduct of all guests, including any damage, rule violations, or unpaid charges caused by those guests.

Pin High may deny entry to any guest for any lawful reason, including safety concerns, intoxication, over-capacity, or prior policy violations.

08Equipment and Property Damage

Guests and members are responsible for the proper use of all equipment. Any damage to the facility or simulators caused by misuse, negligence, recklessness, failure to follow instructions, or other improper conduct will be the responsibility of the customer and may incur repair, replacement, cleaning, administrative, and related costs.

Customers are financially responsible for any damage caused by themselves, their minor children, or their guests. Pin High may charge the card on file, issue an invoice, suspend access, or pursue other lawful remedies to recover its costs.

09Food, Beverage, and Alcohol Policy

No outside food or beverages are permitted unless expressly approved by Pin High. Alcoholic beverages may only be purchased, served, or consumed in accordance with Pin High's rules and all applicable law.

Pin High reserves the right to refuse or stop alcohol service to any person at any time, including any person who appears intoxicated, disruptive, unsafe, underage, or in violation of house rules.

10Payments, Pricing, and Refunds

Prices for services, memberships, and related offerings are as posted by Pin High and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

All payments must be made in full at the time of booking or prior to use of services, unless otherwise stated by Pin High. Approved forms of payment include cash, credit cards, and debit cards.

Refunds are governed by the Cancellation Policy and any specific written membership terms provided at sign-up. Except where required by law or expressly approved by Pin High, fees are non-refundable once a late cancellation or no-show policy applies.

11Surveillance, Security, and Personal Property

The facility is subject to 24/7 video surveillance for safety, security, incident review, loss prevention, and operational purposes. By entering the premises, customers acknowledge and consent to such surveillance to the extent permitted by law.

Pin High is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended personal property.

12Privacy

Pin High may collect and use personal information for booking, account management, access control, communications, and operational purposes.

Any use of personal information is subject to any Privacy Policy posted by Pin High.

13Suspension and Termination

Pin High may suspend or terminate any booking, account, or membership immediately for nonpayment, chargebacks or payment disputes, policy violations, unsafe conduct, unauthorized sharing of access, damage to property, abuse of staff, guests, or other customers, misuse of alcohol privileges, or any activity Pin High believes threatens the facility, operations, or reputation of the business.

Suspension or termination for cause may occur without refund.

14Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Before filing any legal claim, the customer agrees to first contact Pin High at (956) 709-1431 or info.phgstudio@gmail.com and make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue informally.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, any legal action relating to use of the facility, services, or these Terms shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Hidalgo County, Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

15Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with any posted policies or membership-specific written terms, constitute the entire agreement between the customer and Pin High regarding use of the services and supersede prior understandings to the extent they conflict.
